Taos Gilders, Emma Key Corner
Taos Gilders, Emma Key Corner This is a process called
sgraffito. 22K gold is applied to the surface then lightly painted.
Next it is etched to reveal
the gold beneath. Finally dusted to resemble an old world frame.
Approximately 2 3/4" wide.

Taos Gilders, Gonske II
Hand distressed and carved with a profile of
approximately 5" wide.
It is hand leafed with 12K gold in a process
called water gilding.
One of our finest examples of distressed wood
blended with the luster of gold.

Taos Gilders, Sutherland II
The outside band is hand carved bordering a
deep scoop.
It has a
red clay base then leafed using 22K gold.
The profile is 3 1/2" wide.

II Raised Gesso
It is a raised gesso frame. Hand Stamped then leafed with
22K gold. Finished with a light dusty patina.
The profile is approximately 3" wide.

Taos Gilders, Reversed Acheff
Leafed with 18K gold and a deep purple bole base. Carved
and dusted with a very light patina.
It is 3 1/4" wide.
